Davenport Cabinet – Our Machine album review

537728_10151282459546911_653657515_nA folk-rock side project from the guitarist of Coheed & Cambria, Travis Stever, Davenport Cabinet strikes the right note on the side of epic without going too far into the prog-metal waters Coheed is known to inhabit. Their newest full-length, Our Machine, is full of indie rock anthems and quasi-connected jams that will call to mind his other band, but without being dependent on them.

For those that don’t know awhile back we played a game called Black or White. The idea behind this game was to call escorts from Craig’s List and only ask questions to find out their race. The game took an odd turn when I had a guy pick up rather than a girl. Here’s how I handled it.

Work To Win Prank Calls McDonald’s
