20 questions prank with Mike from Ambiance
Yesterday a 20-question bit featuring Aaron from the band Ambiance was posted. Well, a month or so after that was recorded the band sent us a message for another interview. We decided to do another 20 question bit, this time with Mike from the band. For those that don’t know 20 questions is when we schedule a fake interview and only play 20 pre-recorded questions to the band, and allow them 7 seconds to answer each one.
20 questions with Matt from Boy Girl Sleepover
This is an old bit that we retired from the show, but the more I think about it the more I think we should bring it back. I’ll set it up for those who have’t heard it before on the show. Jonesy and I each recorded 10 questions each, and spaced them 7 seconds apart. So, if it takes the person more that 7 seconds to answer they get cut off, if less then we get dead air. A long time ago, before Matthew took over as co-host on the show, Jonesy and I decided to target him for a new game we made. In this clip we pre-recorded 20 questions spaced 7 seconds apart and passed it off as a real interview. The best part is no matter how long or short the answer, there is only 7 seconds of silence. How quick before he catches on?

Many people come to me for advice. Rightfully so, I’m an Internet Radio God. You can’t go to a counselor; they get paid to tell you what to do AND their wrong. You can’t go to your local priest; they touch little boys. It only makes sense to go to someone who is not only labeled an Internet Radio God, but someone who is right 150% of the time. The phones get a work-out as Santoro stages some fake calls between the friendly rival bands Boy Girl Sleepover and The Cool Kids Table. Dan, the guitarist of hardcore band With Love Comes Sacrifice, talks to the Stabcast about his band, and about their show at Sacred Grounds. Even though he still has no material besides a new parody song, Jonesy ponies up to save a segment with a classic fail-safe prank call. Sean represents his band Left to Vanish as he calls in to promote this “Funk Metalcore” band’s upcoming national CD release, and spring tour. Santoro and Jonesy introduce a new phone-based segment to answer the need for bands to get on the Stabcast.
